Bartlett Field Trip – Spring

Hi PCLFC members,

Spring is in progress, so let’s capture some of this progression by taking a field trip to Barlett Arboretum next Saturday.

Stamford’s Bartlett Arboretum Field Trip – SPRING SEASON

Saturday, April 16 (poor weather date is Sunday, April 17, same time)
9:30 a.m. to noon

Meetup place: Main Visitor Parking Lot within the park. See map on their site. Lory Tager will coordinate.

This is the third of four field trips we’ll be taking to Bartlett Arboretum. We’re visiting once per season to take photos that may become part of our club’s exclusive photo exhibition next fall in the new education building. The exhibit will be called something like “The Seasons of Bartlett’s.”

If you can’t make it Saturday, you can visit any other time and are encouraged to do so. All PCLFC “paid-up” members will be admitted into the park for free. The park opens at 9 a.m. Deer hunting season is over, so those who’d like to arrive earlier, there’s no problem.

The Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens is located at 151 Brookdale Road in Stamford, Connecticut, 1.5 miles north of the Merritt Parkway and 6 miles from downtown Stamford.
